Pilot's Wings Remembered

Karen graciously entrusted us to transform her late brother's few remaining heirlooms as a way to remember his life. With his entire career spent as a pilot, these two wings were a couple pieces we decided would easily translate as a delicate necklace.

After smoothing the back, buffing the scratches, and polishing out the tarnished surface, we added a delicate rolo chain to keep the focus on the wings while allowing the piece to easily layer with other necklaces.
