"Bertha" Engraved Victorian Bangle
THE STORY:
This restored, 14k gold filled Victorian bracelet from the late 1800s features detailed Etruscan design motifs lining the entirety of the piece. Etruscan Style is the name typically associated with 19th-century jewelry that became incredibly popular in Victorian times - the style dates back to the Roman Etruscan designs, originating in 7th to 3rd centuries BC. This bracelet is engraved with the name & date "Bertha Sept. 5th 1880".
With an oval shape, pinch clasp and safety chain, this smaller bracelet measures 2.5" in diameter, and 6" along inner circumference.
